Pricing and rules were captured from Lucid Trading's first-party pages on 2026-08-11. The 4 LucidPro fees are undiscounted base prices; 24 Flex, Direct and Daily prices stay blank because the JavaScript configurator did not expose stable public figures. Lucid's help center still documents 4 Daily configurations, but its current homepage selector exposes only Pro, Flex and Direct, so Daily purchase availability and final prices remain under watch. Confirm the selected plan on Lucid Trading's current checkout path before paying.

How the rules actually work

EOD trailing drawdown moves after the close. A $50K LucidPro account starts with a $2,000 maximum-loss allowance, so its initial floor is $48,000. If the highest closing balance becomes $51,000, the next floor becomes $49,000. Once the balance exceeds the $52,100 initial-trail threshold, the line locks at $50,100 instead of continuing upward.

LucidDaily can change drawdown after funding. Its EOD evaluation variants ignore unrealized peaks while calculating the next loss line, but every funded LucidDaily account uses intraday trailing. A $50K unrealized peak of $51,000 can therefore move the funded floor toward $49,000 before the session closes, even when that $1,000 gain later reverses.

The DLL is a soft stop, not extra drawdown. LucidPro has no daily limit at $25K and uses $1,200, $1,800 and $2,700 caps at $50K, $100K and $150K. LucidDaily lets the buyer choose those same fixed caps or no DLL; reaching a DLL pauses trading until the next session, while reaching the MLL breaches the account.

Consistency depends on the product and stage. LucidFlex and LucidDaily evaluations use largest-day profit ÷ total profit ≤ 50%; a $1,500 best day against $3,000 total is exactly 50%. LucidPro applies 40% only during funded payout cycles, while LucidDirect applies a stricter 20%; a $500 best day on $3,000 total is 16.7% and passes that gate.

News trading changes on LucidDaily, but Lucid's own scope wording conflicts. The general Permitted Activities rule allows scheduled and unscheduled news trades on Pro, Flex and Direct, while a general Daily page broadly restricts red-folder events. The product-specific Daily funded rule narrows the 1-minute-before through 1-minute-after hard-breach window to releases that are both U.S. high-impact and USD. We retain restricted and follow the product-specific scope, but traders should confirm the exact calendar definition before trading news.

The current Allowed Trading Times rule makes Pro, Flex and Direct day trading only. Those 3 products must close by 4:45 PM ET Monday-Friday and can reopen at 6:00 PM ET Sunday-Thursday. The article does not name any of the 4 Daily configurations, so their overnight and weekend permissions remain unknown. Automation and trade copiers are permitted under the general rules, but HFT, more than 50% of profit from trades held 5 seconds or less, cross-account hedging, trading for another person and coordinated shared strategies are prohibited.

True cost to break even

The 4-row LucidPro table is generated with the same True-Cost method used across TradersFundHub. Each figure uses the undiscounted base fee, the 90% split and the tier's verified dollar MLL; the other 24 tiers cannot receive a table until Lucid publishes stable first-party fees.

LucidPro true-cost projection
TierFeeBreak-even profit (90% split)Daily lossMax lossR-multiple vs tier max lossDays @ 1%/day
$25K$135$150—$1,0000.151
$50K$185$206$1,200$2,0000.101
$100K$285$317$1,800$3,0000.111
$150K$370$411$2,700$4,5000.091

All 4 generated R-multiples are between 0.09 and 0.15, so the gross profit needed to recover one base fee is below 0.16 times the tier's MLL. That cost ratio does not measure pass difficulty: the $1,250-$9,000 evaluation targets are 8 to 22 times larger than the $150-$411 fee-recovery amounts.

Payout speed in practice

There is no single Lucid first-payout day. LucidFlex requires 5 qualifying profit days; the $50K daily threshold is $150 and its request cap is $2,000. LucidPro has no fixed window but requires $500 cycle profit, a 40% consistency result and profit above the $52,100 buffer on $50K. LucidDirect requires $3,000 first-cycle profit and 20% consistency on $50K. LucidDaily can request on day 1 after exceeding the buffer and adding at least $1 net profit since the previous request.

The published minimum is $500. International traders can use WorkMarket for bank transfer or PayPal, or crypto through BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT or USDC. Lucid says approved funds are disbursed within 2 business days and WorkMarket can arrive from the next business day, but it does not publish one fixed India-specific WorkMarket, PayPal, crypto-network or INR-conversion fee.

The public evidence is mixed and unusually active. Trustpilot showed 4.6/5 from 4,871 reviews on 2026-07-28, with 89% 5-star and 7% 1-star. The same-day page contained several India-tagged 1-star complaints about support, account decisions and company conduct alongside verified 5-star payout reports; those are reader allegations and testimonials, not independently adjudicated facts. Lucid's own homepage reported $400 million paid and a 15-minute average payout, both firm-reported figures rather than audited statements.

Pros

  • LucidPro publishes 4 one-time base fees from $135 to $370 and does not rebill monthly.
  • All 7 documented paths use a 90% trader split; 6 paths publish a $0 activation fee, while LucidDirect's activation fee remains unverified.
  • LucidFlex has no DLL in evaluation or funded stages and uses a 50% evaluation consistency rule.
  • LucidDaily removes funded consistency entirely and permits day-1 requests after its buffer gate.
  • The $25K-$150K lineup exposes both EOD and intraday evaluation drawdown choices.
  • Lucid lists 12 supported platforms across CQG and Rithmic connections.
  • International payouts publish 3 practical route groups: WorkMarket bank, PayPal and crypto.

Cons

  • Only 4 of 28 documented tiers have verified prices; all 16 LucidDaily tiers remain unpriced and the current homepage selector omits Daily.
  • Every LucidDaily EOD evaluation switches to intraday trailing drawdown after funding.
  • LucidDirect's 20% payout consistency can require at least 5 balanced profit days in practice.
  • A $50K LucidPro request cannot use the $2,100 buffer protected by the $52,100 threshold.
  • Pro, Flex and Direct positions close by 4:45 PM ET; the current hours rule does not say whether any of the 4 Daily configurations can hold overnight or through weekends.
  • LucidDaily's product-specific funded rule applies a 1-minute-before to 1-minute-after hard-breach window to U.S. high-impact USD releases, while a broader general page creates an unresolved scope conflict.
  • The refund rule becomes strict after 1 trade, while an unused-account refund remains discretionary.
  • The 2026-07-28 Trustpilot snapshot showed 7% 1-star reviews and a same-day cluster of India-tagged complaints requiring extra verification.

Who should pick Lucid Trading

A U.S.-session ES, NQ or micro-futures day trader should compare the $50K LucidPro base fee of $185 when a one-time payment, $2,000 EOD trailing allowance and 1-day evaluation matter more than avoiding a $2,100 payout buffer. A trader who can produce 5 qualifying days and wants no DLL should compare LucidFlex after obtaining its current checkout price.

Who should avoid Lucid Trading

A Pro, Flex or Direct swing trader holding after 4:45 PM ET, a LucidDaily trader who needs verified overnight or weekend permission, or an Indian buyer who needs a completed local checkout and payout proof should wait. Daily traders must also accept the product-specific 2-minute U.S.-high-impact USD news window and verify its conflict with the broader general wording. Compare Topstep or TradeDay for fully priced alternatives, and use the India evidence shortlist rather than treating absence from Lucid's restriction list as regulatory approval.

FAQ

How much does a Lucid Trading evaluation cost?

Verified LucidPro base fees are $135 for $25K, $185 for $50K, $285 for $100K and $370 for $150K. The other 24 documented tier prices remain null because Lucid's JavaScript configurator did not expose stable public figures on 2026-08-11; the current homepage selector also omits all 4 Daily configurations.

Does Lucid Trading charge monthly fees?

No. Lucid states that its accounts use one-time payments with 0 monthly subscription rebills; a failed evaluation needs a separately purchased reset.

What is the Lucid Trading profit split?

The captured current products pay 90% of approved payouts to the trader. Legacy LucidPro accounts bought or reset before 2025-11-28 can have a different first-$10,000 rule, which is not applied to new purchases.

Can Lucid Trading pay out daily?

LucidDaily permits requests on any eligible day, including day 1, after profit exceeds the MLL-plus-$100 buffer and at least $1 net profit is made since the prior payout. Its minimum request is $500.

Does Lucid Trading allow news trading and EAs?

Yes on general Pro, Flex and Direct rules: news trading and automated systems are permitted. LucidDaily's product-specific funded rule restricts releases that are both U.S. high-impact and USD from 1 minute before through 1 minute after, while a broader general page creates an unresolved scope conflict; HFT and microscalping remain prohibited everywhere.

Can Lucid Trading accounts hold overnight?

No on Pro, Flex and Direct: the Allowed Trading Times rule requires those 3 products to close by 4:45 PM ET Monday-Friday and resume at 6:00 PM ET Sunday-Thursday. LucidDaily is not named in that current hours article, so overnight and weekend holding on its 4 configurations remains unverified.

Can traders in India use Lucid Trading?

India is absent from Lucid's 81-jurisdiction restriction list captured on 2026-07-28, and international WorkMarket and crypto payouts are published. TradersFundHub has not independently verified an Indian card checkout, identity review or payout receipt, so Lucid is not yet included in the India-screened shortlist.
