Information you choose to send
When the contact or India-evidence form is enabled, Traders Fund Hub collects the name, email address, message, and form category you submit. India evidence should never include an ID image, password, full payment-card or bank number, wallet address, tax identifier, or unredacted account ID.
When the newsletter form is enabled, the submitted email address enters a double-opt-in flow. The address is not added to the newsletter list until the confirmation step is completed.
How form data is used
Contact and evidence submissions are used to answer questions, investigate corrections, and request redacted supporting material. Newsletter addresses are used for the rule-change digest and related Traders Fund Hub editorial updates. We do not sell submitted contact details.
Email service provider
Enabled forms are delivered through Brevo, our email and newsletter processor. Brevo receives the fields needed to send the message or complete double opt-in and processes them under its own privacy and security terms. Forms stay hidden when the required delivery configuration is unavailable.
Technical logs
Our hosting infrastructure may record standard request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested page, timestamp, referrer, response status, and security events. These logs are used for site operation, abuse prevention, debugging, and aggregate performance analysis.
The central /go/ redirect records the firm or product slug and placement label so we can compare page performance. The application event deliberately excludes the visitor’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and submitted query-string data, although the hosting provider may still keep standard request logs.
Anonymous site analytics and performance
Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate page paths, route changes, referral sources, approximate country, device, browser, and similar traffic data. It also records limited anonymous events for high-intent journey-stage transitions, affiliate and outbound-link clicks, downloads, 75% reading depth, and challenge-tool actions such as controlled filter labels, product slugs, selected-product and matching-update counts, decision priorities, change-note IDs, evidence or comparison actions, review or offer actions, and INR-planner stages. Vercel Speed Insights measures aggregate page-performance signals such as Core Web Vitals. These tools do not use third-party analytics cookies, and Traders Fund Hub removes query strings and URL fragments before its Vercel analytics and performance events are sent.
Optional journey analytics
When configured, Google Analytics 4 measures page journeys, internal navigation, affiliate and external-link clicks, downloads, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 90% scroll depth, and 30-second engagement. Microsoft Clarity provides aggregate heatmaps and session replays. Both optional providers remain disabled until you select “Accept analytics”; advertising storage, advertising-user data, and advertising personalisation remain denied.
Our custom journey events contain page paths and controlled labels such as a firm slug, product slug, change-note ID, filter category, account-size label, decision priority, or link placement. An individual controlled firm/product key may be sent when that exact item is added, removed, or opened. Complete shortlist combinations and shortlist query strings are not sent as custom event properties; neither are calculator exchange rates, markups, charges, or search text. Query strings and URL fragments are also stripped from Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights URLs. The events do not contain a submitted name, email address, message, form field value, account identifier, or full query string. Optional analytics forms are explicitly masked from Clarity capture and are not used as a source of editorial evidence or user profiling.
Your analytics choice
Your optional-analytics choice is stored in the browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. Rejecting optional analytics does not restrict the site. You can reopen “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time; rejecting after acceptance sends a denied consent update and requests deletion of Clarity analytics cookies.
Affiliate and external links
Some outbound firm links are affiliate links, clearly disclosed and marked as sponsored. The destination firm may record the referral and apply its own cookies or tracking under its privacy policy. Non-partner firms use a first-party public destination without affiliate campaign parameters.
Retention and choices
We keep editorial correspondence only as long as it is useful for the correction, evidence review, legal, security, or record-keeping purpose for which it was received. Newsletter recipients can use the unsubscribe option in an email. You can ask about a submitted message or request deletion through the contact page when delivery is available.
