Payout frequencyEvery two weeks

First Reward Split 30 days after the first funded trade, then every 14 days (bi-weekly); 7-day (weekly) cycle via paid add-on

Rechecked 4 November 2026. Help Centre article dated 18 March 2026 states the first Reward Split is after 30 days on the Funded Account, then bi-weekly (14 days), and also lists a 'Bi-weeky add-on (Payouts every 14 days)' next to the weekly add-on. Live marketing the same day (homepage, How it Works, CFD 1-Step / 2-Step Bright / 2-Step Classic) lists only Weekly Payouts among challenge add-ons. The BrightFunded blog (18 November 2025) states subsequent payouts every 14 days, with weekly (7 days) via add-ons. Account-merge help (updated 19 May 2026) requires matching payout-cadence add-ons and gives Bi-weekly Payouts versus Weekly Payouts as the example. No CFD product page publishes a different cadence; firm-wide default is bi-weekly after the first 30-day wait, with weekly as the paid add-on. The Bi-weeky add-on line is kept in evidence.

Our take

BrightFunded's help centre says it does "not currently enforce" a consistency rule. That puts it with the majority. Only 21 of the 62 CFD products in our dataset publish a consistency percentage. The rules that matter here are the drawdown and the clock.

Both 2-Step plans use a static floor, 8% on Bright and 10% on Classic. The 1-Step is the one to read twice. Its 6% maximum drawdown trails your highest equity in real time, floating profit included, and only locks at the starting balance once equity is 6% up. On a $100,000 account, a trade showing +$4,000 lifts the floor to $98,000. If that trade reverses and closes at −$3,500, the account is breached, although you never lost 6% from the start.

Once funded, trades executed within 5 minutes either side of a listed high-impact release lose their profit. That's a soft breach, not a closed account, and take-profits on trades opened at least 48 hours earlier are exempt. Evaluations carry no news limit. The first reward unlocks 30 days after your first funded trade. After that, payouts are bi-weekly; weekly payouts are available as a paid add-on.

Pick the 2-Step Classic if you hold over weekends (allowed on all three plans) and can wait a month for the first payout. Skip the 1-Step if you let open winners run before banking them.
