Verdict
The5ers sells four standard programs, not one challenge, plus a limited-time Summer Plan. The cheapest standard ticket is $19 for a $2.5K High Stakes account and the dearest is $850 for a $20K Hyper Growth account. Pick The5ers only if you want High Stakes' 80% split that scales toward 100%, a 3-profitable-day minimum, no time limit and a static loss line, and you are fine with a payout clock that starts 14 days after funding and a 3.5% fee on every withdrawal.
The standard-program data comes from The5ers' program pages, FAQ and Terms, rechecked on 2026-10-20. Summer Plan prices are the firm's advertised list prices from the same day. We could not verify them at checkout, which needs a sign-in.
- The 2026-10-20 capture covers 5 standard products with 22 priced tiers: High Stakes New, High Stakes Classic, Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp.
- High Stakes New costs $405 for $100K with a 10% then 5% target; Classic costs $455 for the same size with an 8% then 5% target.
- On the $50K and $100K High Stakes tiers the loss limits tighten to 4% daily and 8% total, against 5% and 10% on the $2.5K–$25K tiers.
- Drawdown is static on every program: the maximum loss is a fixed line set from the initial balance.
- The first withdrawal comes 14 days after funding, then every 2 weeks, with a $150 minimum. Rise, crypto and bank transfer each charge 3.5%.
- High Stakes' "Refund" is a passing reward, not a cash-back guarantee. Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp fees are non-refundable.

| Bootcamp | 3 | $250K plan | $225 + $350 on funding | 6% / 6% / 6% | None / 5% | Not stated |
Two lines in that table are easy to misread. The High Stakes "Min days" figure is 3 profitable days per step, and a profitable day needs closed profit of at least 0.5% of the starting balance: $500 on a $100K account. Bootcamp's steps also run below the plan size. The $100K plan is evaluated at $25K, $50K and then $75K, and only the funded account is $100K.
Summer Plan: advertised list prices
The Summer Plan is a separate, limited-time offer with no published end date. The prices below are The5ers' advertised list prices from The5ers' Summer Plan page (the5ers.com/summer-plan/), read on 2026-10-20. Checkout not verified: the checkout sits behind a sign-in, so we could not see what it actually charges. The homepage banner's "$100K For $149" refers to the 2-Step 10%/5% $100K account: the page's "$100k-10/5" tab shows "Price $149" and its "$100k- 8/5" tab shows "$179". We keep these rows out of our comparisons and true-cost tables until a checkout price is confirmed.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Step | $100K | $249 | 10% | 3% / 6% | 75% | $2,000 |
| 2-Step 10/5 | $100K | $149 | 10% / 5% | 3% / 10% | 80% | $2,000 |
| 2-Step 8/5 | $100K | $179 | 8% / 5% | 3% / 10% | 80% | $2,000 |
| 2-Step 10/5 | $200K | $249 | 10% / 5% | 3% / 10% | 80% | $3,000 |

How the rules actually work
High Stakes: New or Classic
Both versions are two steps with no time limit, the same loss limits and the same 5% second-step target. The only difference is step 1. New asks for 10% and is cheaper, while Classic asks for 8% and costs more. At $100K that means paying $50 more ($455 against $405) to need $8,000 of step-1 profit instead of $10,000. If your average month on a $100K account is closer to 8% than 10%, Classic is the honest choice. The $50 is less than one failed retake.
Passing step 1 also pays a small fixed reward of $2, $5, $10, $15, $25 or $40, depending on the tier. Don't count it as income. On the $100K tier, $40 is under 10% of the $405 fee.
The gotcha is the tier break at $50K. Up to $25K the limits are 5% daily and 10% total. On $50K and $100K they drop to 4% and 8%. On $100K that is a $4,000 daily line and an $8,000 account line, not the $5,000 and $10,000 a trader moving up from a $25K account might expect. Size positions off the 4% figure from day one.
Drawdown is static. The5ers' drawdown FAQ describes the maximum loss as a fixed line from the initial balance ("absolute drawdown"). The daily limit is measured from the higher of the previous day's closing equity or balance. On a $100K account the $92,000 floor stays put however far the account grows; open trades count against both lines. Our balance vs equity drawdown guide explains why the "higher of equity or balance" detail matters when you hold winners overnight.
News: on High Stakes, opening or closing trades 2 minutes before or after high-impact news is not allowed. Weekend and overnight: holding is allowed, but indices carry a high weekend swap.
Consistency: none is listed on the program pages for High Stakes, Growth or Bootcamp (rechecked 2026-10-20). The5ers' FAQ adds a caveat without naming accounts: "Some accounts may have a 30% Consistency Rule, while others may have a 50%." If your strategy depends on one big day, ask support which figure, if any, applies to your account before you buy.
Pro Growth and Hyper Growth
Both Growth programs are one step with a 10% target, a static 6% stop-out level, 1:30 leverage and no time limit. Pro Growth needs 3 profitable days and costs $52 to $329. Hyper Growth has no minimum days and costs about four to five times as much: $450 for a $10K account against $98 on Pro Growth. Hyper Growth doubles the funded account each time you hit a 10% target.
The funded split starts at 75% on both. On the published scaling table it stays at 75% up to a $300,000 account, rises to 80% at $350,000 and reaches 80%–100% from $400,000. In practice, you should price a Growth account at 75%.
Account limits differ. Hyper Growth caps combined evaluation capital at $40,000 per trader, for example one $20K, one $10K and two $5K accounts. Pro Growth instead allows up to 4 accounts, one of each size, and only Pro Growth has the $50K tier ($329).
Gotcha: the page header says "No daily stop-loss", but the rendered table shows a 3% daily limit, labelled "Daily Pause" in the page data. Treat 3% as live. On a $20K Growth account that is $600 in one day. News trading is allowed on Growth, except for bracket strategies around news and the practices listed in the Terms.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp swaps one fee for two. You pay a small entry fee, pass three 6% steps with a static 5% maximum loss and no daily limit, and then pay a second fee to activate the funded account. On the $100K plan that is $95 now and $205 later, $300 in total if you pass. The funded stage then tightens to a 4% maximum loss and a 3% daily pause, with a 5% target. Each active account must use a different strategy. The funded split is published only as "up to 100%", so we can't price Bootcamp's true cost.
Summer Plan rules
Every Summer account has a 3% daily loss, set at the end of each day from the higher of equity or balance. Hitting it terminates the account permanently. The maximum loss is static: 6% on the 1-Step and 10% on the 2-Step. The 1-Step has a 10% target, 1:100 leverage, a 75% split after passing, a limit of 2 active accounts, and a 50% consistency rule in both evaluation and funded stages. The 2-Step has no consistency rule during evaluation and a 50% rule once funded, with an 80% split.
On $100K, the 50% rule means a single $5,000 day needs $10,000 of total profit before a payout. Payouts are capped at $2,000 per cycle on $100K and $3,000 on $200K, with a $250 minimum. The $200K accounts don't scale, and total Summer buying power is capped at $600,000 per trader. Copying trades between your own Summer accounts is allowed, but copying from third-party accounts is not.
Rules that apply across programs
- Copy trading with others is prohibited. The Terms ban "trade coordination or copy trading with other traders or accounts". See what copy trading means at prop firms before you mirror signals.
- EAs are allowed with exceptions. The Terms prohibit EAs that scalp the rollover to exploit the price feed, third-party EAs whose trades other traders also hold, and EAs whose source code you don't own.
- Refunds depend on the program. The Terms give a full refund within 5 days of purchase if you haven't traded, and Hub Credit only after 5 days. Once you trade, the fee is non-refundable. The Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp fees are non-refundable.
- High Stakes' "Refund" is a passing reward. You get 10% of the fee as Hub Credit at step 1 and 20% at step 2. The other 70% is paid with your first payout once funded, provided you have made at least $150 profit and the account has been active for 14 days. It applies only to fees paid with external funds, not Hub Credit.
- Summer 2-Step works the same way, 10% and 20% in Hub Credit, but the 70% comes as cash alongside the 3rd payout. The 1-Step table says only "Refund From 3rd Payout".
True cost to break even
The tables below come from computeTrueCost() and The5ers' 2026-10-20 list fees. Break-even profit is the fee divided by the starting split: 80% on High Stakes and 75% on Pro Growth and Hyper Growth. The R-multiple compares that profit with the maximum loss: 10% up to $25K on High Stakes, the $4,000 or $8,000 limits on $50K and $100K, and 6% on Growth. Days assume 1% a day. The 3.5% withdrawal commission is not included.
Worked example: a $100K High Stakes New account costs $405. To earn the fee back you need $506 of funded profit at 80%, about 0.5% of the account. That is 0.06 of the $8,000 loss limit, or one day at 1%. The fee is the small number. The hard part is the 15% of combined targets you have to clear first. Hyper Growth is the opposite case: a $10K account needs $600 of profit just to cover its $450 fee, which is 1.00 of its $600 stop-out.
| Tier | Fee | Break-even profit (80% split) | Daily loss | Max loss | R-multiple vs tier max loss | Days @ 1%/day (5% daily cap) |

Bootcamp is left out because The5ers publishes its funded split only as "up to 100%", so any break-even figure would rest on a split we made up. Summer Plan rows are left out because their prices are advertised but not verified at checkout. Our true cost of prop firm challenges guide explains the method and compares it with other firms.
Payout speed in practice
The cycle is the same on every standard program. You can request the first withdrawal 14 days after the funded account is activated, then once every 14 calendar days, with a $150 minimum ($250 on the Summer Plan). The5ers says it processes requests in up to 3 business days. None of the program pages lists an on-demand option.
There are three cash payout methods: Rise, crypto and bank transfer. Each costs 3.5% per withdrawal, and banks may add their own fees. Crypto covers USDT (TRC20), USDC (ERC20), ETH and LTC, with a $1,500 limit per withdrawal; larger amounts go through Rise. Hub Credits are a fourth option with no commission, but they can only buy new accounts. On a $2,000 withdrawal, the 3.5% is $70, so budget for it in your break-even.
The High Stakes split starts at 80% and scales to 100% through the scaling plan. Growth starts at 75%. Our prop firm scaling plan guide covers what usually triggers each step.
On Trustpilot, The5ers showed 4.7 from 40,175 reviews on 2026-10-20, with 21,958 of them from the last 12 months and no warning banner on the page. That is customer opinion, not proof of payouts. Our verified-payout badge for The5ers is still off.
Pros
- High Stakes has no time limit and needs only 3 profitable days per step.
- Drawdown is static on every program, so profits add room instead of dragging the floor up.
- The 8% Classic route costs $50 more at $100K and cuts the step-1 target by $2,000. It's a clear trade you can price.
- The $2.5K High Stakes tier costs $19, the lowest standard checkout fee in the capture.
- Three platforms for non-US traders: MT5, cTrader (+$10) and TradingView.
- High Stakes returns the fee in stages: 30% as Hub Credit while passing and 70% with the first payout.
- The operator is named. The Terms identify FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD, England and Wales company 12553363.
Cons
- Loss limits tighten to 4% / 8% on $50K and $100K, exactly where most traders size up.
- Every withdrawal costs 3.5%, whichever cash method you use.
- The first payout waits 14 days, and no on-demand option appears on the program pages.
- Growth starts at a 75% split and reaches 80% only at a $350,000 account.
- Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp fees are non-refundable, and refunds under the Terms end once you trade.
- US clients are limited to TradingView.
- The consistency rule is unclear: none is listed on the program pages, but the FAQ says some accounts carry 30% or 50%.
- 31 forbidden territories in the Terms (updated 12 Oct 2026, read 2026-10-20), including Russia and Belarus, closed to their "residents or citizens". Israel is listed too. Crypto payments sent from exchanges or payment providers established in Russia "will be automatically placed on hold by the payment processor". For Ukraine, only Crimea is named. Kazakhstan isn't named at all, which is not a confirmation that it's accepted. The list says "including but not limited to", so check with support if your country is missing from it.
Who should pick The5ers
The5ers fits a patient forex trader who wants no deadline, a static loss line and can make 0.5% on at least 3 days per step. On $100K, Classic's 8% step 1 is worth the extra $50 if your edge is steady rather than explosive. Before you commit, compare the fee and split with the FundedNext review and the FundingPips review for two CFD-focused alternatives with different split and payout structures.
Bootcamp suits a trader who would rather risk $22 or $95 up front and pay the larger fee only after passing ($72 or $300 in total once funded), as long as they can work without a daily limit through three 6% steps.
Who should avoid The5ers
Skip The5ers if you need weekly or on-demand payouts, fee-free withdrawals or a refund once you have traded. Skip it too if you trade news on High Stakes, since the 2-minute ban covers both sides of every high-impact release. Residents or citizens of the 31 listed territories cannot use it at all.
Traders in India should note that India isn't on the forbidden list and three international payout rails are published, but we have not tested an Indian checkout, KYC or payout. The5ers is not on our India shortlist for now. If price is your main filter, start with our cheapest prop firms list and the FTMO review for comparison.
FAQ
How much does The5ers cost?
Standard list fees rechecked on 2026-10-20 run from $19 for a $2.5K High Stakes New account to $850 for a $20K Hyper Growth account. A $100K High Stakes account costs $405 (New) or $455 (Classic). Bootcamp adds a second fee on funding: $50, $205 or $350.
What is the difference between High Stakes New and Classic?
Only step 1. New needs 10% and is cheaper. Classic needs 8% and costs $3 to $50 more depending on size. Both need 5% in step 2, have the same loss limits and 3 profitable days per step, and have no time limit.
Is The5ers drawdown static or trailing?
Static on every program. The maximum loss is a fixed line from the initial balance: 10% on High Stakes up to $25K and 8% on $50K and $100K. The daily limit is measured from the higher of the previous day's closing equity or balance.
How often does The5ers pay out, and how?
You can request the first withdrawal 14 days after funding, then every 14 days, with a $150 minimum. Rise, crypto (USDT, USDC, ETH, LTC, up to $1,500 per withdrawal) and bank transfer each cost 3.5%. Hub Credits are commission-free but only buy new accounts.
What is the The5ers Summer Plan?
A limited-time offer with no published end date. On 2026-10-20 its page listed advertised prices of $149 and $179 for 2-Step $100K accounts, $249 and $279 for 2-Step $200K, and $249 for the 1-Step $100K. Checkout was not verified because it needs a sign-in, so confirm the charged price before you pay.
Does The5ers have a consistency rule?
None is listed on the standard program pages. The5ers' FAQ says some accounts may have a 30% or 50% rule without naming them, so ask support for your account. Summer 1-Step has 50% in evaluation and funded; Summer 2-Step has none in evaluation and 50% once funded.
Is The5ers available in India?
India is not among the 31 forbidden territories in The5ers' Terms. We have not tested an Indian checkout, KYC or payout, so confirm with support before you pay.
Does The5ers refund the challenge fee?
Only in limited cases. The Terms allow a full refund within 5 days if you haven't traded, and Hub Credit after that. Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp are non-refundable. On High Stakes, the "Refund" is a passing reward: 10% and 20% in Hub Credit, then 70% with your first payout.
Read the High Stakes table for your exact tier, check the 4% line if you are buying $50K or more, and add the 3.5% withdrawal fee to your sums before you open the The5ers program page.
